We ship domestically via UPS for just $7.95 flat rate. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CST (11:00 a.m. PST) will be shipped the same day. Economy orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, orders placed on non-business days will ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
FREE IN STORE PICKUP is available at our boutique location, 700 S Gregory St Suite E, Urbana, IL 61801 during business hours. Store hours are M-F 10:00am-7:00pm, Sat 10:00am-6:00pm, and Sun 12:00pm-4:00pm. In store pickup orders are available 1-2 business days after purchase. Customers receive an email notification when the order is available for pickup. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be available by 5pm the following Monday.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Fira online purchases
For your convenience, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 21 days of the original ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Online credit may be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days of the original ship date. An online code will be emailed to the email address provided in the order to be used on future purchases.
You may not return: SALE/CLEARANCE items, jewelry, scarves, intimates, gift certificates and all accessories. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and with original tags attached. Items returned with smoke damage or have been tried on and stained with make-up will not be accepted as returned and the items will be sent back.
To make a return: Refund and exchange requests must be made within 21 days of the ship date, store credit requests within 30 days of the ship date and must include a copy of the invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returned items. Original and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To return an item: Simply use the return label provided with your package and reseal. A confirmation email will be sent when the return has been processed and credit applied to your account. Note the tracking number on the label to keep track of the delivery status. Fira is not responsible for lost returned packages.
Fira In-store purchases
Due to the uniqueness of the items our boutiques carry, all sales are final with no refunds. We strongly recommend all items be tried on prior to purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it may be exchanged for another item or store credit. All eligible exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- No cash or credit card refunds.
- Tags must be attached.
- Merchandise must be in resalable condition.
- All Sales Final on all accessories and sale/clearance items.
